Bill's business card title is "Production Manager". What that really means is something like this: installing a landscape job is an intricate web of tasks, questions, and opinions split up between the sales representative, the crew members, the designers, and of course, you, the client.

Bill is the guy that makes sure that web doesn't end up in a tangled mess. Ordering materials, applying for permits, and managing the supervisors are just a few of duties that he handles with dependability and a faithful smile. He brings over 21 years of construction management experience to Fullmer's, along with a love for plant life and a natural eye for color and composition.
